Change arriving from outside your control. The wheel turns whether or not you are ready — usually in your favor when it appears upright.
The Wheel of Fortune is change and turning points: cycles, luck and circumstances moving whether you push them or not. It often signals a fortunate shift after a slow period, and reminds you that every phase — good or bad — passes.
Resistance to an inevitable turn, or a run of luck ending. Bad timing rather than bad judgment.
Reversed, the wheel turns against you: bad luck, setbacks or resisting a change that is coming anyway. It can also mean repeating the same cycle because the lesson has not been learned.
