Sudden collapse of something built on a false footing. Unpleasant and usually necessary — what falls could not have stood much longer.
The Tower is sudden upheaval: a shock, a revelation or the collapse of something built on shaky foundations. It is rarely comfortable, but it clears away what was false so something truer can be built. The change usually comes from outside and all at once.
A disaster averted or delayed, or one you are refusing to acknowledge is already happening.
Reversed, the disaster is delayed or avoided — or you are refusing to accept that it is already happening. It can also mean a slower, more internal upheaval.
