1 — The Initiator
Strengths. Decides quickly and moves before conditions are ideal. Comfortable being the first one in.
Friction. Struggles to ask for help, reads collaboration as dilution, and can mistake stubbornness for conviction.
One through nine, plus the three master numbers — what each stands for, what it does well, and what it reliably costs.

Strengths. Decides quickly and moves before conditions are ideal. Comfortable being the first one in.
Friction. Struggles to ask for help, reads collaboration as dilution, and can mistake stubbornness for conviction.
Strengths. Notices what other people need before they say it. Builds trust slowly and keeps it.
Friction. Avoids conflict past the point of usefulness, and absorbs other people's moods as if they were its own.
Strengths. Makes ideas legible to other people. Lifts a room without trying.
Friction. Scatters across too many projects, and uses charm to skip past conversations that need weight.
Strengths. Finishes things. Builds systems other people can depend on without supervision.
Friction. Mistakes rigidity for reliability, and resents change even when the change is right.
Strengths. Adapts fast and finds the exit nobody else noticed. Genuinely unafraid of starting over.
Friction. Leaves before the interesting part, and calls avoidance freedom.
Strengths. The one people call in a crisis. Creates places where others can rest.
Friction. Takes on responsibility nobody assigned, then quietly resents carrying it.
Strengths. Sees through surfaces. Comfortable with questions that have no quick answer.
Friction. Withdraws when closeness is required, and uses intellect to keep feeling at a distance.
Strengths. Understands leverage — money, structure, power — and is not squeamish about using it.
Friction. Measures worth by output, and confuses control with security.
Strengths. Sees the whole picture and gives without keeping score. Lets things finish.
Friction. Carries other people's burdens as an escape from its own, and holds on to what should have ended.
Strengths. Perceives what others miss and can articulate it. Inspires without instructing.
Friction. The same sensitivity that reads a room also floods it. Anxiety is the standing tax on this number.
Strengths. Turns abstraction into infrastructure. Thinks in decades and still ships.
Friction. The gap between what it can see and what it has built is a permanent source of dissatisfaction.
Strengths. Lifts other people as a default setting. Teaches by conduct rather than instruction.
Friction. The rarest number, and the heaviest — self-sacrifice arrives disguised as virtue.
Numerology reduces everything to a single digit, so 1 through 9 is the whole vocabulary. Larger numbers are summed until one digit remains — 47 becomes 11, then 2. The three exceptions are 11, 22 and 33, which are held unreduced and read as intensified forms of 2, 4 and 6.
Zero has no meaning of its own in this system. It is treated as an amplifier of whatever digit it accompanies rather than a number to be interpreted.
