Reporting a wrong result
Most “wrong” charts come down to the input rather than the math. Before writing, check the three things every calculation here depends on: the birth date, the local time of birth, and the place — the time zone and daylight saving for that date are looked up from the place, so a neighboring city in another zone moves the rising sign.
If it still looks wrong, send those three inputs, the page address and the figure you expected. How each number is produced — the formulas, the accuracy and the sources — is set out on the methodology page, and the answer is often there already.
For questions about stored data, the privacy policy and cookie list say what is kept; the disclaimer covers what the readings are and are not.
What we cannot do
We do not give personal readings by email. There is no astrologer on the other end waiting to interpret your chart, and we would rather say so than take your time. Everything the site can tell you about a birth date, it tells you on the page — for free, with the working shown.
We also cannot advise on health, money, legal matters or a relationship in crisis. If you are in distress, please talk to a doctor, a lawyer, or a crisis line in your country rather than a website. That is not a brush-off; it is the honest limit of what this is.
