Assessing long-term investment. Growth is slow, and it is time to evaluate whether the effort is paying off.
The Seven of Pentacles is patience: assessing progress, waiting for long-term investments to grow and deciding whether to keep going. The crop is growing but not ready, and the farmer has to decide whether to keep tending it.
Impatience, poor returns or investing effort in the wrong place.
Reversed, impatience: poor returns, giving up too early or wasted effort. Effort may need redirecting rather than abandoning.
