Fast, determined action driven by ideas. The Knight rushes toward the goal with intellect and conviction.
The Knight of Swords is ambition at full speed: action-oriented, direct and determined, charging toward a goal. He brings energy to anything that has stalled, and little patience for people who slow him down.
Recklessness, aggression or racing ahead without thinking about consequences.
Reversed, speed becomes recklessness: impulsive decisions, aggression or acting without thinking. Words said in a hurry may need repairing later.

Book T names its court cards King, Queen, Prince and Princess. This page follows the usual match with the Rider–Waite court — Book T’s mounted King as the Knight, its Prince as the King — which some writers reverse.
