The World is completion — the one card in the deck describing a finished thing rather than a stage of becoming. Saturn rules it, so the completion is structural and earned slowly. In a matrix it lands most often on talents, from the year of birth, and it can never be the centre: the method does not permit a life whose governing theme is arrival.
Finishes. That single trait separates it from most of the deck — projects get completed, cycles closed, loose ends actually tied. Comfortable across cultures and contexts, so it works well anywhere the job requires holding many parts as one whole.
Completion becomes an ending nobody wanted. The thing is finished, and the next thing does not start, because arrival was the goal. Second mode: nothing counts as done until it is perfect, so the wholeness the card promises is used as a reason never to ship.

The line hands down something completed — a journey finished, a status attained — and the quiet expectation that it will be maintained rather than surpassed.
Travel that closes a loop: returning somewhere, or the long trip planned for years. Novelty matters less here than completeness.
Wants partnership as a finished structure — commitment, shared life, no ambiguity. The risk is treating the relationship as achieved and stopping the work.
Builds slowly and holds. Among the most financially stable of the 22; the weakness is over-caution and capital left idle for decades.
