Judgement is the card of the reckoning that arrives on its own schedule: the trumpet sounds and everything comes up for review at once. Pluto rules it, so what surfaces is what was buried. It can occupy the center of a matrix, but rarely — 0.41% of birth dates, about one in 250 — and then the governing theme is an accounting that keeps coming due.
