Judgement is the card of the reckoning that arrives on its own schedule: the trumpet sounds and everything comes up for review at once. Pluto rules it, so what surfaces is what was buried. It can occupy the centre of a matrix, meaning for roughly 9% of birth dates the governing theme is an accounting that keeps coming due.
