Blocked, balanced, overactive
Most guides describe only two states. The system actually names three, and the third is the one people miss — a chakra can be too open as easily as too closed, and the symptoms look nothing alike.
Balanced
Says the thing accurately, at the time it needs saying.
Overactive
Talking over people, oversharing, using words as a weapon or as a screen.

Singing badly and alone. Writing the sentence you have been avoiding.
Movement and yoga
Neck rolls, shoulder stand, chanting. Anything that works the throat.
Food and colour
Fruit, herbal tea, water — the throat likes liquid.
Worth being plain: none of this has been shown to affect anything measurable. What it reliably does is give you a reason to move, eat deliberately and sit still — and those three do have evidence behind them, whatever the framing.
