What the Solar Plexus chakra is

The Solar Plexus chakra is about will, confidence and agency: deciding, acting and owning the result. It is the system's home for self-esteem and for the ability to set a boundary and keep it. Tradition reads a person who cannot say no, or who controls everything around them, as two versions of the same imbalance here.

Manipura means "city of jewels" or "lustrous gem" — mani is jewel, pura is city.
