Two things stand out. Master numbers really are scarce — 33 appears on well under one percent of dates. And 2 and 4 are unexpectedly rare too, because a large share of the dates that would produce them get held at 11 and 22 instead. That is a consequence of the master-number rule, and it is invisible unless you count.
